Making work more efficient, fun and informative
As part of the Core UX team, I worked on projects ranging from conversational UI design to developing new information-sharing tools for Googlers. I led design efforts across parallel feature development streams, driving both full redesigns and iterative updates.
Envisioning “Connected Car” experiences
Concept generation and interface design for next generation in-car interfaces and connected apps for world-leading car brands. Lead designer for a smartwatch app project showcased in CES Fair 2014.
A museum curator on your shoulder
I worked on the design of a mobile app for one of the world's largest museums, creating personalized tour experiences based on visitor interests. I built prototypes, conducted user research, and iterated on the design, helping develop a final product used by five million visitors annually.
Allowing people to play with synthetic biology
To help visitors grasp synthetic biology, I worked on the UX design for the Pattern exhibit, shaping both the physical and digital interactions of a custom interface that lets them modify cellular behaviors and create patterns on life-sized animal sculptures.

Encouraging outdoor play for urban children
For my MFA Interaction Design thesis, I designed a tangible play concept that encourages urban children to create imaginative stories using natural elements. Recognized as a finalist in the Interaction Design Awards, I had the honor of presenting it to a global audience in Lyon, France.
Transforming Skype’s instant messaging service
As part of the Service Design course at Umeå Institute of Design, I collaborated with Skype London to reimagine their instant messaging experience, making it more expressive and engaging. The result is a prototype for a new video messaging app designed to inspire and influence the Skype design team.
